Alpha Radio's Newsreader Jonathan Kearsley spent Bonfire night with the firefighters from Darlington's Green Watch. Kitted out in full fire kit, he joined the crews as the battled the blazes on their busiest night of the year. Thankfully, it was a night of no injuries with fire authorities pleased with the public's response in Darlington.
